Kissy888 was built with one clear goal: to deliver the safest, most enjoyable, and most rewarding online betting and casino experience for Malaysian players. This is our story.
From a small idea to becoming the platform of choice for hundreds of thousands of Malaysian players.
Kissy888 was founded in 2018 with a very specific vision — to create an online entertainment platform genuinely designed for Malaysian players, not simply an international platform crudely translated into Bahasa Melayu. The founders of kissy888 understood that Malaysian players have their own unique needs, preferences, and playing styles, and the only way to truly meet those needs was to build a platform from the ground up with the Malaysian community as the absolute priority in every design and operational decision.
In its early days, kissy888 started its journey with a small but carefully curated slot collection. Every game on the platform was chosen for quality over quantity — a principle that remains at the core of kissy888 to this day. Within the first three years, kissy888 grew from a few thousand members to over 100,000 active members, all through the most organic means possible — players sharing their positive experiences with friends and family.
Today, kissy888 has grown into one of the most comprehensive online entertainment platforms for Malaysian players — covering over 500 slot games from world-leading studios, live casino tables with real dealers operating 24 hours a day, Sports Betting across the Malaysia Super League and EPL, around-the-clock virtual sports, e-sports, and multi-million MYR progressive jackpots. Everything is accessible through a single, easy-to-use platform, whether you're on a desktop or smartphone.
What sets kissy888 apart from the dozens of other platforms in the Malaysian market isn't just a wide game selection or attractive bonuses — it's our deep commitment to trust, security, and a user experience that's genuinely satisfying from start to finish. Every ringgit you deposit is credited promptly. Every sen of your winnings is paid out in full. And whenever you need help, kissy888's Bahasa Melayu-fluent support team is there for you every hour of every day.
Six core pillars that define kissy888's identity and commitment to Malaysian players
Kissy888 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect every transaction and piece of personal information you share. All games run on RNG engines that have been independently audited by reputable international bodies, ensuring complete fairness for every player. Your trust isn't just a tagline — it's the foundation that the entire kissy888 operation is built on.
Kissy888 was built mobile-first from the ground up. Over 78% of kissy888 members play on their smartphones — so we've invested heavily in making sure every game, every button, and every page runs flawlessly on smaller screens over the everyday mobile connections Malaysians use, including Celcom, Maxis, Digi, and Unifi.
Kissy888 supports all the local payment methods Malaysian players use in their daily lives — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX via Maybank2u and CIMB Clicks. Deposits are credited in under 30 seconds, and winnings are processed for withdrawal in 5 to 10 minutes. No hassle, no unreasonable delays.
With over 500 slot games from Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Habanero, NetEnt, and more — plus 50+ live casino tables running 24/7, full Sports Betting coverage, virtual sports, e-sports, and progressive jackpots — kissy888 is the one platform every Malaysian player needs for all their online entertainment.
The kissy888 support team is made up of agents fluent in Bahasa Melayu who understand the context and needs of Malaysian players. You can reach us via Live Chat, WhatsApp, or Telegram — and we're committed to responding to every query in under 3 minutes, no matter what time you contact us.
Kissy888 believes online entertainment should stay just that — entertainment, not stress or a burden. We provide deposit limit tools, daily loss limit options, and a temporary account suspension feature for players who need a break. The mental and financial wellbeing of our members is part of kissy888's responsibility, and we take it seriously.
Seven years of building trust within Malaysia's gaming community, one step at a time.
The principles that guide every decision we make as a platform.
Kissy888 displays the actual RTP rates for every game, the latest jackpot win records, and all bonus terms clearly — no confusing fine print. What you see is what you get, nothing more, nothing less.
Every product decision, every new game added, and every promotion designed always comes back to one question: is this genuinely good for our Malaysian player community? The answer to that question drives everything.
Kissy888 never stops evolving. We continuously listen to member feedback, track market trends, and invest in the latest technology to ensure the experience you get today is better than yesterday — and tomorrow will be better still.
In the online entertainment industry, trust is the most valuable currency there is. Kissy888 invests in bank-grade security infrastructure — including 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and 24/7 account monitoring — to ensure your account and funds are always protected.
Numbers that speak for themselves about our platform's track record of trust
What makes the kissy888 experience different from any other platform.
If there's one thing we at kissy888 learned across seven years of operating in Malaysia, it is this: Malaysian players are not simply looking for a platform with the most games or the biggest bonuses. They want a platform where they feel comfortable, a platform where they feel safe, and a platform where they feel valued as members — not just as a source of revenue. This deep understanding is what shapes every aspect of how kissy888 serves our community.
One thing kissy888 members consistently bring up in their feedback is how smooth and straightforward the deposit and withdrawal process is on our platform. That's no small thing — many players have experienced the frustration of other platforms where deposits take forever to arrive or withdrawals drag on for days with one excuse after another. At kissy888, we don't believe in turning financial transactions into unnecessary hassle. Deposit using Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, or any FPX method you're already familiar with — and it reflects in under 30 seconds. Win something and want to cash out — it's processed within 5 to 10 minutes. Simple as that.
Kissy888 also understands that Malaysian players lead busy lives with demanding schedules. That's why our platform is fully optimised for smartphones — no separate app download required. Whether you're an urban professional squeezing in a session during your lunch break, a parent stealing a quiet moment after the kids have gone to bed, or a night-shift factory worker looking for some entertainment after the morning commute home — kissy888 is always right at your fingertips, ready whenever your schedule allows.
When it comes to the games we offer, kissy888 always prioritizes quality and relevance for Malaysian players. Asia-themed slots like Mahjong Ways 2, Fortune Tiger, and Lucky Neko have been extremely well-received because they carry a cultural familiarity that resonates with our local players. At the same time, kissy888 also features top international titles such as Gates of Olympus and Sweet Bonanza — proven fan favorites on a global scale. It is this balance between culturally relevant content and world-class titles that makes the kissy888 collection truly stand out in the Malaysian market.
For sports fans, kissy888 delivers a betting experience spanning all the major leagues and tournaments Malaysian players follow — the Malaysia Super League, EPL, FA Cup, world championship badminton, and much more. Our betting markets are updated in real time, and our odds are competitive at the top end of the market. For those who enjoy virtual sports, kissy888 offers football simulations, horse racing, basketball, and a wide variety of other virtual sports running 24/7 without interruption — perfect for those moments when there's no live match on.
Kissy888 is equally committed to promoting responsible gambling within our community. We believe online entertainment should always remain a source of enjoyment — not stress or financial hardship. To that end, kissy888 provides comprehensive self-management tools for all members: daily and weekly deposit limits you can set yourself, loss limits that alert you before you exceed your own threshold, and a temporary account suspension feature for players who need a break from the games. We don't just make these tools available — we actively encourage their use as part of a healthy gaming culture at kissy888.

I've never once had an issue with withdrawals. TNG withdrawals go through in 7 minutes every single time. This is the platform the rest of the industry should be benchmarking against."
"kissy888 customer support is genuinely 10/10. Had an issue with a deposit late at night, jumped on the chat and got a response within 2 minutes — problem sorted in 8 minutes. The agent spoke Bahasa Melayu fluently and understood exactly what I was trying to explain. Really satisfying experience."
"I love how kissy888 genuinely cares about responsible gaming. When I set my own deposit limit, the platform actually enforces it — there's no way to bypass it. That tells me kissy888 truly looks out for its members' wellbeing, not just their wallets. I have a lot of respect for that approach."
